F2 bumper may be able to help you there(sorry brendy) - will know late this week.
Side skirts - i'd go for the standard GTI/Cupra ones and colour code them - alot of the after market ones are flimsy glass fibre that chip like mad,
What ever you do - don't rush at it - check the sites and see what's available and - welcome.
Thanx for the help, can you recomend any web sites or body shops that I can find these styling parts from.

My advice is simple - leave it alone, save your money and build up your no-claims until you can buy the car you really want.
As a new driver, you're almost guaranteed to smack it in one way or another, you'll pay through the @rse for insurance as soon as you start tarting it up and look at every w@nked-up Nova/Escort/Golf, etc - that's what happens when people try to 'DIY' bodywork.
In the end, you'll just end up looking like another spotty 'Kev' and throwing loads of money away for the 'privilege'.
Instead of doing all that, I'd suggest spending your money on some performance/advanced driving courses and take the knowledge that you gain there to trackdays.
Probably not what you to hear, and I suspect you'll take absolutely no notice but I can only try. ;)
Cheap 2nd hand F2 bumper will be almost impossible to get hold of (new ones are rare as rocking horse shite at the mo)
Side skirts agian hard to get cheap, but they are availble new allright.
to do a decant job of fitting an evo6 scoop would have to be done by a bodyshop, unless you a dab hand with loads of filler and fibre glass. to make it functional, a tin opener could be handy.
Perfomance parts are non existant apart from a induction kit, chip and exhuast backbox
dail kits I dunno, but clear rear light clusters are not available:(
