View Full Version : Cleaning Kit for Carbonio
Hi Guys,
I bought a Carbonio CAI of you over a year ago and I think its about time I took the filter off for a clean.
Do you sell the cleaning kits for the filter?? If not, how should I clean it and what should I use (MAF Friendly cleaner obviously)
Cheers

Should just take a few hours to dry...
Sorry about the shop, had to pull it down for a few days as we're relocating the server.
ah cool - might do mine soon ish then!
Just didnt want to damage the MAF with fluid - but i suppose a hair dryer would help that ;)
k&n cleaning kit is £10.00 i think.....
least thats what i thought i saw. I paid the same :)
Bringing this thread back to life
Do you still sell the cleaning kit as I cant find it on your site

as far as I recall, the MuckOff pink stuff is an Alkali solution and could possibly be harmful to the cotton gauze filtration media.
