Just thought I'd mention that I fitted a Hurricane Inuction kit to my Ibiza last weekend. Very happy with it, makes a nice sound. Quite easy to fit also (the most difficult part was removing the battery to be honest!!). I do have one question for Bill if you're out there.....

In the instructions it says that you should point the "tube bit" (sorry not very technical!) forwards in the wing and tie it up with a tag. This however is easier said than done!! At the moment it kind of goes down diagonally rather than horizontally. Will this cause a problem? As far as I can see there is no advatage to tieing it up or leaving it down, although perhaps you could correct me if I'm wrong?

When I fitted my own, it just dangled there to be honest and was wedged against the platic bumper bit so was'nt going anywhere.

I did'nt bother trying tie wraps on my own. Fiddly old job without dropping down the inner plastic wheel arch. (easy to do though)

So long as its is unobstructed and can point towards fresh air down there, it should be fine.
