Seat Leon - Maximum power???

Hi there, I currently own a Seat Leon 1.6S 16V (2001 Reg) Id like to know, whats the maximum power i can get out of my Seat Leon (BHP) and what would i have to do to get that far, what would be the next step as iv done nothin apart from back box and air filter please??
