Can I have a quote for parts for 97 mk2 16v Ibiza:

Powerflex wishbone bushes (front bush mk3 Golf, rear bush mk3 Gold 4 stud IIRC).

Can you also supply Bonrath rear beam bushes for mk4 Polo circa 1995.

AndyHazza
25-04-2006, 13:35
Mork: Works out at £42.50+VAT instead of £50+VAT

TrumpetMan: You should have a PM :)

EDC: Unfortunately i cant get the Bonrath rear bushes anymore :( the powerflex fronts though normally retail at £15.99+VAT each, we can then do them at £13.55+VAT each :)

AndyHazza
25-04-2006, 14:24
Actually made a boo boo there... EDC the bushes would be a further 15% off our already discounted prices, therefore £11.52+VAT a bush :D

AndyHazza

Jason... Normal price is £330+VAT for the cambelt, tensioner, pulley, waterpump, coolant etc fitted, so it would be £280.50+VAT - Brake fluid change is a seperate thing, normally costing 59+VAT with super dot 4 brake fluid so therefore £50.15+VAT

Hope that helps :)

AndyHazza
29-04-2006, 09:32
Who have you had the car mapped with? With the APR our stage 2 is designed to work with a 3'' downpipe and cat, not the replacement sport cats with the standard downpipe. I'd say you to make the most of them your best getting it mapped again.

30-04-2006, 16:41
Hi Andy,

Could you please give me a quote for the miltek turbo-back exhaust for the ibiza cupra mk3 please. Many thanks.

AndyHazza
01-05-2006, 10:49
gadgetmaster: i would need to know if the shifter ontop of your gearbox has a pin or ball stud on it, if you look at where the cables join onto the shifter, if you can just see a circle with a flat surface resting on top of one part then its a ball type, if you see a pin coming up through a circle with a clip holding it in place then its a pin stud..... either way its the same price... Normally £145+VAT therefore comes to you at £123.25+VAT ........ as for rear pads - do you just want standards?

Russo: normally for the complete exhaust it would be £398+VAT for the downpipe and £292+VAT for the cat-back. With the discount we are selling them with as normal, plus the extra 15% off it would work out at £298.50+VAT for the downpipe and £219+VAT for the cat-back!

hi andy are you going to be running your extra dsicount offer again soon as im after a neuspeed lower strut brace for my leon cupra

AndyHazza
01-05-2006, 15:00
Its still on for the next few weeks mate, so a for a lower strutbrace you would need to tell me if you wanted a billet one or not to start with. then if you want it polished or black.

Russo
01-05-2006, 15:32

AndyHazza
01-05-2006, 16:03
no worries mate, i'd allow 3 hours in total as those downpipes can be a bit tricky with everything shoe-horned in there. So normally would be £135+VAT for fitting now £114.75+VAT for fitting

AndyHazza
05-05-2006, 09:35
daljomo: where did you get those part numbers from??? The lower strut brace is normally £90+VAT for a polished non-billet one, and £160+VAT for the billet ones (same price if its black or polished). So its 15% off those, making £76.50+VAT and £136+VAT. The lower intercooler pipe should fit on yours no problem - normal retail is £59+VAT so it would be £50.15+VAT

Evo2345: the catback system retails at £290.70+VAT, we are doing it at £261.63+VAT so with the extra 15% it comes to £222.39+VAT, for the turbo back you woul just need to add the price of the cat and downpipe, whic normally retails at £285+VAT, we are doing it at £256.50+VAT so it would be £218.03+VAT

BlackCupra: i have been looking around mate and to be honest i have strugled to find anything at all :(

Mitchy: as far as i know matey the front mount did get sold, someone got a bargain i think!

Ric: Is yours the petrol or diesel cupra?? Either way it should still be a similar price, normally £135+VAT so then minus 15% which is £114.75+VAT.
As for your brakes i need to know if they are 280, 288 or 312mm fronts.

AndyHazza
05-05-2006, 09:37

This is the new beeza but looks like its the same

found a bit more info:
Front 312 x 25
Rear 232 x 9

4-pots on the front, we'll can't remeber if its 3 or 4 but its the seat sport calipers, if that helps?

Also just read on a website that the service indicator should come on around 2000 miles before the 10k mark. Mine hasn't yet!!! (on 9200) Is this normal? Also none of the light have ever worked in the middle of the square panel, between the rev counter and speedo.

AndyHazza
05-05-2006, 12:34
With the brakes i will check the measurements and confirm it with them, as for the service indicator, i was always under the impression it was for around 1,000 miles or even 500 before your service when it cames on. With the centre lights not working, do they not even come on as testers when you put your ignition on???

Trumpetman21
05-05-2006, 13:21
Just for your info, regarding the service indicator I had mine serviced @ Awesome reading just under 10400 miles and it had NEVER come on. Think a lot of it depends on how & where you drive....most of my miles are motorway miles.

Hi

Any prices on Neuspeed front & rear ARBS for a LCR(225)?

AndyHazza
09-05-2006, 07:35
Right.........

Beowulf: Stage1 takes around 30mins, including a full diagnostics check before and after. You dont really need to book in as it is us guys on the sales desk that sort it.

Lorna: For a full cambelt service including the waterpump, tensioner, pulley, belt itself and all anti-freeze/coolant, supplied and fitted is normally £330+VAT so would be £280.50+VAT with the 15% off.

Gazjones: The normal retail for the RESONATED system is £290.70+VAT, we are selling it at £261.63+VAT, which means it would be £222.39+VAT which would be £273.06inc VAT and delivery. NON-RESONATED would work out at £133.43+VAT which would be £168.53inc VAT and delivery.

Phil: I will hjave to wait till i'm back in work to check for you... off today :)

Foxes: It really depends what sizes you are after... 22 or 25mm on the front, 25 or 28mm on the rear....

gazjones
09-05-2006, 18:04
didnt think there would be that much differsnce in the price. the non resonated will be back box and middle section from the cat back? just a question how loud is the non resonated comapired to resonated is it really loud not wanting it stupidly loud thats all

Saul
09-05-2006, 18:05
non resonated is no middle box from memory = LOUD

If you listen to my mk4 vid in the video section. That my non-resonated changing from 2nd to 3rd at around 3-4000 rpm, and yeah their loud if your in residental areas. The sound just bounces of the houses.

http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=85783

Andy, did you find out if them Tarox discs would fit?

AndyHazza
10-05-2006, 09:35
Gazjones: The non-resonated system is bound to be louder due to the lack of a middle silencer, the thing with exhaust notes is that they are a very subjective thing. What i find to be a slightly too loud exhaust someone might see as being spot on or not loud enough, and vice versa :)

Ric2001: Sorry but still chasing it up, knew i shouldnt have had yesterday off!! :( but had fun at alton towers so in a way i'm not sorry :D lol

Beowulf: No problem at all matey, just give us a call when your ready :)

Foxes: Its all up to you mate :) one mk4's etc most people go for 25 on the front and 28 on the rear. It really depends what you would like to do with the car, just fast road or possible track action too?

Ric 2001

Foxes: Its all up to you mate :) one mk4's etc most people go for 25 on the front and 28 on the rear. It really depends what you would like to do with the car, just fast road or possible track action too?

Hi Andy. ill have the price for the 25(F) & 28(R) if thats what most people go for.
its just for normal fast road spec i want (neuspeed).

any prices for fitting too pls Andy!

Also is their a good damper or coilover kit for the LCR?
Thanks

AndyHazza
11-05-2006, 09:07
Foxes: 25mm front ARB normally £155+VAT so would be £131.75+VAT, the 28mm rear ARB is £195+VAT so would be £165.75+VAT

Fitting is 1 hour for the rear, 2 hours for the front and would require a 4 wheel alignment. Labour is normally £45+VAT an Hour so £38.25+VAT an hour and a 4 wheel alignment is £67.50+VAT so would be £57.38+VAT

As for suspension setup there are several choices - coilovers, springs and dampers or just dampers. I recently had someone asking after Koni's new FSD shocks for the Leon as he wanted to keep the standard ride height and comfort but improve handling.

Andy.

i want a 20-30mm drop but want a improved ride (say with ARBs fitted too)

Thinking FK or even Eibach.
Dont mind damper adjustments but dont think ill be using it.

Hi Andy, did you find out if them discs would fit the mk4 cupra? Also would be interested in a powergasket price for fitting. Also could you book me in for a 10k service for the 27th of May?

And if them brakes would fit, would like to do them and the powergasket on the same day as the service.

Also can you get hold of powerflex Exhaust Mounts for the cupra?

posting mate, what cell is the race cat mate? and how much is postage?

AndyHazza
15-05-2006, 15:34
flashbsd: okey doke... the catback is normally £292+VAT, we do it at £262.80 so would be £223.38+VAT.... the downpipe is £398+VAT retail, we do it at £358.20+VAT so would be £304.47+VAT. So if you wanted both posted to you would come to £631.97 inc VAT.

Ric2001: i chased up Tarox today and they reckon the discs off a 4motion golf or TT quattro should be ok, as they are exactly the same size as you mentioned. On the 27th of May i could get you in for the service no problem, i would struggle to do the power gasket and brakes on the same day. I should be able to do one or the other....

H17OCH: I dont have any of the dipstick handles in stock at the moment unfortunately but am expecting some within the next week or so. They nromally retail at £30+VAT so would be £25.50+VAT. I have the powergaskets in stock, they are £45+VAT unfortunately cant do the discount on them.

Cheers Andy :)

Just realised that the 'kit' won't be any use anyway, as the Mk2 Ibiza needs the 2 front bushes from a Mk2 Golf and the 2 rear ones from a Mk3 !!

Would only work out about £3 cheaper buying it as a kit anyway!

Out of interest, when does the 'offer' end ?!? :D

Prebs: i have looked around for you and cant really find anything. We dont get the 4x4 over here so its hard to get the bits. Supersprint dont list a downpipe, they list an exhaust but cat back and cat replacement pipes. I have the feeling though that the normal 3'' downpipe that we use for the TT's, S3's and Cupra R's should fit but have no quarentee.
