Speaking of current recomendations, have you ordered a 110v to 240v convertor? i dont think they come as part of the pack.

I'am pretty confident it will make a significant improvemant to my paint (Bengal Yellow), especially in terms of swirls, fine scratches and depth of shine. I'am hoping to achieve a lovely wet look[B)]
you will not be dissapointed in the PC m8.
i have one & its fantastic. well worth the money, & it only took 3/4 days to arrive.:D

well done mate, and the product line up you have picked is good too, nice stuff to use and nothing to demanding in technique for them.
Here's to another PC'er
Iain
i found the poorboys range to be ok, but it didnt get all of the swirls out due to SEAT's rock hard clearcoat,
So i ordered some MEnzerna powergloss compound and that shifted them all,
Where'd you get the transformer from, i've been checking on screwfix, but cant find it!
Flaming useless internet!

Apparently screwfix are out of stock of the 750VA transformers at the minute :(
If you need it in a hurry it might be worth checking with your local tool hire places, that's where I got mine from, and they matched the screwfix price.

Got all the stuff yesterday - well packed :D and marked up with a value of $25 as requested:whistle:
One thing thats peeved me though is that the "Guide to Detailing" CD dosn't seem to be Apple OSX compatible:confused:
Other than the obvious comments of ditching the Mac - any suggestions!

for the life of me, i cant find the transformer, it must be in disguise..:runaway:
what's the power/watt's that it must cope with?
you need a 750va TX for the PC. Screwfix don't sell their nice ones anymore.
I ordered mine from Tooled up but they are pi$$ing me around so just cancelled an ordered from a local place -

Where did people get the menzena stuff from? Ive tried Meguires, pinnicles advance swirl remover and a few others using an orange pad and still no joy getting the swirls out. Ive heard good stuff about this menza stuff but cant find it anywhere. I would ask this on detailing world but asked before and used there recomendations and still cant shift em so thought the best place would be here!

For menz. Absolutely great stuff. Get powergloss for the stubborn bits but Intensive Polish for the rest. Use Finishing Touch Glaze too, made quite a difference on my ovni.

Cheers i thought they were closing down?
Dont get me wrong i have a great deep shine but just a few swirls etc left!
EDIT:
Yeap bugger! Closed till the end of june! Any other places?

The only other places to get Menz products, are either the states, or mainland europe (Menzerna is a German company). There are a couple of Spanish and Portuguese sites selling the European formula Menz, but it works out cheaper to get it from the states.
Best bet will be to wait until the end of June and buy from Polished Bliss.

Price wise, thats spot on.
Price wise it's OK. When I imported mine, it worked out at ~£130 for the SFX kit plus a few microfibre towels.
Just to add to the earlier post about Menzerna products, I see that clean-your-car (http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/shop/polishing/polish/c_16.html) are now selling the German Menzerna products.

Ow ovni! How long you got! Have you got many swirls and do you want to eliminate them? On another note to get the tar off id say a good clay bar should help remove them before you polish the car.
Have a look on detailing word for list of products as it really does seem to be down to personal taste
EDIT
Cheers for the link i will order some stuff today from them. Dont suppose theres a discount code is there?
