View Full Version : I've driven the TSR Turbo WOW!!!!
I drove the TSR Arosa Turbo a couple of weeks ago when chosing suspention mods for my TDI. It was absolutly the quickest thing that I have ever driven and totally mental!!!!! I have put a set of Koni top adjustables on the TDI and kept the standard springs in order to maintain ride height. It's much better, but would be better still with an anti-roll bar kit. JON

I was looking at that at GTI International. I was considering getting one of their turbo's on the 1.6 16v Lump...probably never will, but....
How does it handle the power? Much wheelspin? Torque steer must bit a bit mental? Whats power is it kicking out, and what kind of 0-60 and 0-100 times are they getting?

Tim Stiles told me that it puts out 160bhp. I don't know what the figures are but it felt very very fast. It was riding on 17'' OZ wheels so the speedo wasn't reading correctly. TSR have given the suspention the works with a height adjustable Koni kit and anti roll bar. It felt a bit frantic, I didn't get loads a torque steer but I expect its there it you punt it hard enough.
