Has anyone out there purchased / used a Road Angel yet?

We have been offered the opportunity to sell them and I need to know peoples thoughts.

Thanks, Kevin.

I much like the idea but am swaying (more than usual) towards a trakm8 which has all sorts of geeky possibilities :)

I can see why - but it's not exactly portable.

saw the trackm8 at autosport - pretty cool

Interesting, but what i'd love to see is to have the whole all-in-one concept taken even further so as to include a navigation system. You could then plug this into a LCD display system as part of you ICE system. I think it would be better than having something on your dash board that clinks at you.

Yeah it's the first interation of such a device but... one small point you CAN plug a PDA into the trakm8 and have sat nav :D It's got a std. GPS out port, so all you need is a PDA with autoroute..
Even when you add it all up it's still cheaper than satnav on it's own.

Trakm8 can be installed via the cigerette lighter (portable) or permanently. Obviously you don't really want a 'portable' tracker as mr. theiving ******* will have no trouble in disabling it!
