110 bhp conversion in 1.4

I was thinking about putting the 110 tdi engine in my 1.4, does anyone know what cars i can get this engine out of that will fit relitavely easily, Mk3 golf etc? My dads a mechanic so theres no worries on the fitting front. Can all the 110 tdi engines be chipped?
Its just a thought as i need better fuel economy, more torgue and my cars fairly modified and dont want to lose the actual car!

The engine will physically fit - check the 'box though

my bigger fear would be the new wiring loom, fuel lines & and all the ancilleries like a bigger rad etc etc

good idea though - and yes easily chipped to 130 at least
