I recently had my LCR serviced by Ted's.
I can only add to the favourable comments so far received.
From start to finish the service and warranty work was completed without fuss and hassle.
More than that, the staff at Ted's actually seem pleased to help you, a feeling I've never had from my previous dealer where I felt like I was inconveniencing them just by turning up.
Well worth the extra miles in getting there and back.
Nicely surprised at the complimentary wash and hoover. The inside of the car was scruffy to say the least (not had chance to vac for a while) and I wouldn't have been surprised if they'd left it as they found it.
