I know from a previous thread from quite a while back that Letchworth Autoway got a hammering but I will give credit where credit's due and say thumbs up to them after my first experience with them.
Booked my car in for its 10k annual service and to order a part that I needed. Took the car in as planned a couple of weeks later and got a call when it was ready.
Picked car up, all work was done, the part I ordered had been fitted and they had washed it.:)
Soon after I got a satisfaction survey type form in the post from them. Filled it in, sent it off and a couple of days later got a phone message from them answering a comment I had made on the form. Personally think this is good customer service and should be welcomed.
