First opportunity to post after picking my car up in Holland.....will send Lee some pix of my Ebony Black 110TDI with 16" 10-spokes as soon as possible..... :D

Just to add to the confusion....my car has a powerpoint in the boot, and arrived with the "euro" voulmetric alarm (even tho I didn't pay for it.....tee hee).

Questions:-
- How do I change the clock time? (Handbook index points me to somewhere that has nothing to do with the clock....)
- Computer loses its memory overnight every night ~ I know it should retain everything unless you hit the "reset button". Any ideas?

Incidentally.....my dealer had a red 20VT Cupra and a black LHD TDI150 Cupra4 ready for collection by UK folks......anyone here?
(The 150Cupra was the car I wanted, but no RHD. Someone in the UK has decided that this won't stop them. Looked gorgeous).

Use the button that comes through the instrument cluster to adjust the clock turn one way for hours and the other for mins.

with reference to the computer i think it does re-set every day on one setting then the other is continious.

Swinny,

Thank You Sir ~ ever the helpful gent!

I assumed the button through the dash just reset the odometer "trip" function.....

More than one setting for the computer? Aha...

Looks like I need to read the manual properly.....

If the computer is like other VW’s and my dads Galaxy it will have 2 functions, No.1 resets if car has been off for more than 2 hours, No.2 can be reset manually. My dad uses this as a constant MPG, and No.1 for trip information. As said above....:D

Hope this helps, it confused us too at first.
