yep 40 back and 50 front. cost me £365 and was basically next day delivery!takes speed bumps no problem, except my exhaust knocks on the axle i think when the back goes over. its a very good quality kit in my opinion.

What do you find the ride like?

i think the ride is quite good. nice and firm round the bends but not too harsh and bumpy, until you hit a cats eye or something! my tyres need replacing now tho so i'll have to wait till i get my new wheels and tyres before i get the most from the handling.

Would you say its alot stiffer than the standard seat set up or about the same ?

it doesn't feel a lot stiffer no, but it is firmer. i don't think its that rougher of a ride as standard, although im forgetting what it was like before already.

Just don't fit a LCR splitter. I'm on H & R with splitter and got stuck in a multi storey at the weekend :(

yes i have 15mm spacers on at the moment but i intend to fit 17" pro race wheels so i think the spacers will be coming off!!
