Hello to all the members!
I had not discovered this site until recently when i bumped onto it searching for tuning parts.I recently bought a new leon 1.6 sport , rubi red w/ rear electric windows,sunroof,mp3,door and dashboard aluminium/chrome trims.. I am very pleased by the handling characteristics of the car it is very easy to play with the tail at the limit and is so much fun,i love it!The exterior design is simply awesome,one of the most beautyful cars i've ever seen (although it has a bit of an MPV look it should be lowered) the interior is a bit dark and those cheap plastics on the tunnel and doors shouldn't exist , but nevermind the only REAL problem of the car is straight-line speed.It is slow with only 102 HP under the bonnet and the short 5th gear ends at 190 km/h 6300 rpm. I could never buy a 2.0 FSI so I have to tune my baby a bit..Here are the questions:
a)should I trust the promises of REVO (115hp) then add a BMC CDA(Carbon Dynamic Airbox-The little carbon barrel thing) and a supersprint exhaust hoping to reach 120-123 hp?
b)should I look for sth else?Are there any other manufacturers that offer complete tuning kits(that would be a salvation) or individual manufacturers that offer exhaust kits,remaping,camshafts anything?I am searching for days
and I cannot find anything.. And when I find it's for the previous model or the
new FSI/TFSI engines I would be extremely glad If u provided me with some links....I would be happy if I reached any more than 125 hp..(140 would be nice )

c)Does the REVO reprogramming move the rev cutter?It is currently at 6300-6350?? I dunno if sb knows exactly i would like to know..Is there any other way to move the rev cutter ? With the close ratio 5th speed every one
of my competitors(Megane,307,Golf,Focus,C4) makes fun of me at high speeds I am not jealous but I would like to be able to teach them a
lesson.I have also thought to make the final drive ratio a little longer but this goes too far..
d)Does ny1 know a link where I could find a dyno chart of my (pathetic) engine and also a mechanical chart?
