I guess you need to consider volume & also the movement of the sub, what one do you want?

well i have to subs and lookin to make a box shape one on top and opne on the front and the make them apart in the box but i dont on if i could do both from one sub box
the size for the box will be dictated by a few things it will depend on what the speaker is in the first place how you would wish the speaker to sound and what amplification you have to enable you to get the sound you want. if you wish for your speaker to sound as good as posiible then you should use something called thielle small parameters
which when worked out correctly will give you the exact amount of air you want in your enclosure from your description it sound as though you have two subs and want to mount them directly above each other
this configuration is called isobaric it basically means you have two speakers who both have exactly 1/2 the amount of air they would normally have for just one speaker this will require good amplification but usually ends up with extended low frequency response and a very punchy response
e mail if you would like more details
