You have mail.
Ben, you've got these haven't you? Any good then?
Anyone got recommendations for the fronts, or is doing the rears on their own a huge improvement anyway - allowing you to run more rear bias as they won't distort like the rubbish 6x4s Seat fit as standard. They must have cost about 40 pence to make.

to be honest , we have done just the back on both our demo and on ben's (hope ya dont mind m8) and yes it enables you to use the fronts @ a proper level (NO SCREAMING) and still get a good all round sound , with a bit of playing with the tone , it almost sounds SUB sounding
dormouse has done his fronts (VERY VERY GOOD SOUND) and an amp and is adding 20cm to the rear too , cant wait to hear it finished :p
down to choice on type/make size etc but to be honest the standard head unit is ballsy enough to feed some nice speakers quite well , and if you want more its easy enough to add an amp that has gain/freq contol too .
SKYS THE LIMIT

My timing was a bit out....went to Amythyst today to get my Forge stuck in (keeps the turbine spinning nicely...although with the crap weather today, not alot of testing went on)...
Had 20 cm's in....pity you were doing the rounds flapper!
Still that's life...that's what they call it.....

I have a pair of 6x9 Kenwoods in my Ibiza now. and can 2nd all of Flappers comments. The bass is very good, transformed in fact, and the head unit is plenty loud enough to drive no problemo.
I am tempted to do the fronts, if nothing else to tighten the base to match the rears. They are now the weakest link.

On various parts of new setup....got it now so that front's are still as clear as before but rears provide bass (and it is controlled superbly thanks to Pioneer) that seem to be omnipresent....everywhere....spooky!
Actually didn't help that Stealth Shelf turned up with side shelf dowls fitted wrong way...hence could'nt get hatch to shut....fixed now.....it's put in so all i'll lose if some bugger realises they are in there is a rear screen but not the rest....not that I wat to lose a rear screen.....oh well, society today.....
