Got my new car, but....

Hey all, got my lurvly new Beeza Cupra today and am extremely chuffed with it.

However, I do have one slight niggle - the front passenger seat is "wonky". If someone is sitting in it and the car goes round a right bend, the seat tips towards the front left.

I've had a quick rummage around and have found that the seat is not fitting in the runner correctly at the back right of the seat. Problem is, it's rather dark at the mo and I can't really have a good look. ANyways, just wondering if anyone has had a similar prob and if so, how did you resolve it? I reckon I'll just take my car back to the dealer on Monday and get it sorted there.

Take it back and get it fixed.

My drivers seat is the same. It requires a replacement of the bushes.

The seats apparently do have a certain amount of 'play' on them , but I founf that mine actually rocked forwards and backwards and from side to side.

I had mine fixed under warranty after a couple of weeks of having the car, and now after 4000 miles it has started doing it again. My car is booked in on Friday to have the problem fixed yet again.
Don't be satisfied until it stops doing it completely. Your car is new, it shouldn't have anything wrong. We know they all have niggles but that is what the warranty is for. Take it back and get those niggles ironed out.
