View Full Version : New addition to the family!
Finally got the Arosa TDI I was after,
It's a 53 plate done 78,000 miles, full SEAT service historty and I practically stole it for £2500! Here's some pics (not very good but crap weather atm):

Cheers mate! Was a good buy, had to travel 110 miles to see it, it was a learner car before but the service history was excellent and it had a new clutch 2k miles ago so wasn't too put off! was up for 3200 originally went to see it and offered them 2750 cash after finding out it needed cam belt change at 80k and a few niggles like scratched alloys etc.... they declined so went home empty handed only to get a call back that evening saying they would accept 2750! A bit peeved at travelling so far I told them I would have it but didn't know when I could go get it being so far etc... A couple of days later offered them 2500 as cam belt would cost more than expected then later on that evening they called to accept so picked it up the next day! A mate is gonna do the cam belt for around £110!

Looks very good, just get some fat alloys on that beast.
good bit of haggling ;) nice one!
travelling 110 miles to it is ok, but i guess that used quite a bit of fuel in your tuned cupra.

It certainly did! The TDI is soooo economical compared to my cupra! I average 26-27 MPG in the cupra! Thats why I got the TDI, its for commuting! Couldn't get rid of the cupra! Its tooo much fun!

I really wanna start modding it but I've got to restrain myself cos its for commuting only really and I'll be doing 35k miles a year in it so can't really justify the cost! :(
Very nice. It wouls hurt to make it look just a little better now would it. lol
They are really hard to get hold of, especially clean ones. Enjoy!!
