Hi All
My aircon has packed up! I had it re gassed and it worked fine and then suddenly stopped. Looking at the end of the compressor drive the inner bit is not rotating as if the clutch has failed. I have checked the fuses and they are alright and the compressor turns. It also feels like it's "pumping" too. I'm going to try to see if there is power to the clutch tomorrow. Is there a low pressure switch in the system that prevents the clutch engageing if the system is dry? Have I a leak? Has anybody got any other tips? help!!!!
