Whats people opinion between Eibach and H&R lowering springs.

What would the drop be for a 97 1.4 Ibiza?

Whats your opinion on just having normal shocks with say Eibach lowering springs.:confused:

I spoke to somebody who says it will be really bumpy, and possibly the spring coming loose when the car is jacked up?:sick:

I would be surprised if a -35mm spring would be loose when uncompressed. Its not that short.

Bilstein PSS9 on my Ibiza and Bilstein Sprintline kit on my Jetta (7 years ago now and still going strong!)

I've got the F2 front bumper on my Ibiza and I'm looking to put some new shocks n springs on, has any body got any ideas how much I can drop it without leaving my front bumper on a speed bump or hedgehog. Any help apprecited.
