Hi, I have a 2009 Leon fr, facelift, and all doors apart from front left lock, wether using the remote or manually. I'm guessing it's the actuator? Does anyone know the part number? Thanks.

Do the doors open from the outside if you have previously opened them from inside?

Yes all doors will open. The only way to get the door to lock is by putting the key in the 'hidden' key hole when door is open. After that it will stay locked, until I open it from inside.

Also, I don't know if this is related, but there is a red LED on driver and passenger doors and 1 in the centre. Only the passenger 1 flashes when locked, the 1 with the lock problem. Is this normal? I though all of them would flash when alarm is set?

You could also try re pairing the key to see if that helps

No the 1 on the passenger door. There is a black bung, you remove that and there's a key hole there. It's like on the side of the Door, just above the catch.

Mine does the same, also doesn’t lock/unlock from the buttons inside the car.

It sometimes locks but never unlocks, front passenger door too.

From what I’ve read it’s easiest just to replace the door lock module, I just haven’t bothered my arse to do anything about it yet.

Thanks.

Do you know where I should post to see if someone has vcds near me?
Try here or if you go to the main section for the forum I think it's called diagnostics tuning or something lol in there will be vag com / vcds then inside that there will be a host of info for you.

If one door lock is not doing something the rest of them are then it won't be the key / remote programming.

Get it plugged in and see what fault codes are showing.
