Brembo calipers - heat-resistant paint?

Want to refurb my LCR's brake calipers.

Anyone know if the calipers' original paint-spec is heat-resistant? (I assume not, which might explain their current hue - a rather uncool shade of pale pink. :hide:)

I've looked in the 'Refurbing Your Brembos: For Dummies' guide & it only refers to clear-lacquer.

Thanks :)

Has the red paint come off ?? If not you should only need to laquire them.
I'v always used Hammerite on brake caliper's and never had any problems

They're not showing bare metal, just a universal shade of pale, faded, matt pink. (Maybe all I need to do is ask Trevor - he currently has car in for alloys' refurb & body mop - to re-lacquer 'em?)
