Been on here for a year or so thought it was about time that I put up a RR!

Bought my Leon around the start of July 2012 with 17,000 miles on the clock.
Fell in Love when I seen it at Seat:

IMG_7397_zps794891aa.png

Car was kept standard for a few months then bought a LineaR grill:

IMG_6649_zpsb457a5c1.png

Then next up was an Arm rest. Dont see why they didnt come standard! Makes such a difference!
IMG_7141_zps32fc5735.jpg

Installed my Kenwood KVT526 that I had in my clio:
IMG_5816_zps2582d2ba.jpg

IMG_5822_zps1f483b59.jpg

Then got myself some Heko wind-deflectors off ebay:
IMG_7160_zpsb6255373.jpg

Few months passed and the car stayed like this, then heard about the RNS510. Looked so much nicer so went ahead and bought myself a Genuine Seat RNS510:
IMG_7114_zps13c7c469.jpg

IMG_7121_zpsdeb9e8d4.jpg

RNS is such a great upgrade, makes the interior seem much less tacky. Simple Plug&Play.

I decided for a short while I wanted to change my car so sold all my toys I had bought and put the car back to standard..

So went back to this:
IMG_7399_zps2ada9d2f.png

I then realised how much I was going to loose if I was to sell my car & decided against it. So moding started again ..

Only thing I had left upgrade wise was the Arm-rest.

Went to see Dave@Sere motors and picked up a Cupra Grill (Gloss Black)
From this:

To this:

IMG_7400_zps20ea8734.png

Spotted some Cupra wing mirror covers on ebay, snapped them up!

IMG_7402_zpse2a5e17f.png

After using the standard head unit for a while I thought it was time to invest in a new one, Spotted this on ebay and messages the guy selling it, happened to be from Antrim so worked out a deal and went and collected it this-morning.

I went for the VW RNS this time as to the Seat version.
VW version has an SD card slot were as the Seat version doesn't.

Miles slowly creeping up:

Sitting in work carpark.
IMG_7409_zpsf5e425c6.jpg

Got the RNS fitted but havnt managed to change the boot-up logo yet - still says VW..
On another note all my steering controls are working were as they didnt on the Seat version

Ok, so tried to change the VW logo on the RNS and got the 'white screen of death'.
I sent it away to be fixed but didnt have any luck, ended up selling RNS for spares :(

Like how it ties in with the Black RNS, well pleased. After playing about with it I found out it does something that the old one
doesn't:

When you change the temperature ect it shows on the RNS:

Looks awesome, easily the best pre-facelift I've ever seen :)

You considered retro-fitting the Highline computer? Did that to mine last month to finish of my interior mods, makes quite a difference - http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showpost.php?p=4278376&postcount=8

Thanks dude :), tbh I never even thought about it, looks really well though. Did you have to buy a whole new set of clocks? How you get them coded to the mileage you had? Wouldn't mind facelift FR clocks!

It really improved the seats but could do with another going over, used almost a full bottle on the front seats/door cards, not 100% happy if I'm honest but a second go over should fix it :)

Looks really nice mate

I think it need lowering though on some eibach springs

The colour is gorgeous as well :)

Yeah she's crying out to be lowered but I'm buying these alloys I've found first. Probably won't fit the alloys until after Christmas. Any idea how much I should lower it?
And thanks :)

Keep toying with the idea of stage 1 but it's fairly big bucks which I don't really have at the moment so I'm going to continue on the little inexpensive mods route I think, maybe some sill plates next

£500 od I guess? Yeah I'm sort of the same, have to save for anything I want and girlfriend busts my balls when I buy stuff haha.. Yeah that's a nice mod, I was thinking the same - maybe just the vinyl type ones to start off. :)

£600 for stage 1 at APR and Revo :( that's a feck load of cash that I don't have just to make an already quick car a little bit quicker.

Luckily the wife is quite understanding when I buy things for the car, might go for an induction kit next if funds allow :)

Mines sat on eibach springs and to be honest the ride height is absolutely perfect

I think there's 2 different types of eibach springs.... I have the eibach sport lines

Here's how mine sits-

That looks perfect! How much did you pay if you don't mind me asking. I assume your tyres are 225/40's?
