AVIC-X1 & iPod CD-IB100 probs

Ok, is all fitted now and the sound comes through the headunit and charges the iPod at the same time. The only thing is I cannot seem to control the iPod through the headunit as I was led to believe it should, it just says "Error 11". Anyone else experienced this??

Russ
