Worth changing the oil?
evening guys, i changed the oil in my LCR in the end of jan/beginning of feb for some silkolene Pro-S 5-40 and put a new set of NGK plugs in at the same time, im planning on going down to p-torque to get a stage one map done within the couple of weeks, do you think its worth me giving it another oil change before i go down, or do you think its a waste of money? baring in mind the car has done 3000miles max since the last change. Also do you think its worth putting a set of cooler stage plugs in for the map?

The oil and plugs should be fine for stage 1. If it doesn't fire properly after the map, you might want to go a stage cooler with the plugs, but I doubt there will be a problem.
