lambda sensor???

HI folks iv got an 04 cupra r and the ecu lights just came on.Tried switching the ignition of a couple of times and still there.

A couple of months ago it got 2 new coil pack with new plugs.Its running fine just wondering if it needs to go into the stealer garage then al need to re-mortgage the house of just leave it for a while??

It wont magically disappear untill you fix what ever is throwing the codes up.
Need to get it scanned and go from there
