Well basically I have used them twice so far & I'm not too happy with them! The first time was a recall which I got 2 of 4 coilpacks replaced for free

Only two as the previous owner replaced 2 coils with non genuine ones. This time was ok but the second time I used them on friday I rang twice telling them that I wanted to order a n75 valve giving the part number etc they quoted me £38 + vat I thought great so I ordered over the phone & got told to pick it up saturday before 12.30 I was not here so I got a mate to pick it up. I got back to fit the valve only to find they had quoted me & sent me a n249

No idea how much more they will want for the n75 valve on monday but I'm just not happy as I gave them the correct part number for them to order the wrong part! Rant over

Surely its an easy you take the part back and they give you the correct part (plus or minus the difference). Days doesn't sound like the end of the world.

Doesn't sound like you've even give them a chance to rectify the issue.

bought 2 cars from them. have only used them for warranty work.

not heard many good comments on this garage, re sevice and aftersales service.

i use the VW garage in redditch

Well I've had 2 cara from them. My mk4 Ibiza sport and now my Cupra tsi. Both been easy and very helpful. Any warranty work has been completed quickly.

So far I don't have any complaints with listers seat.

when i bought my cars, it wasn't listers

I've used them on and off over the last 5 years, they was always spot on for all warranty work. They do seem more commercial now that they are part of the listers group, i'm unsure if this is a good thing or not.

Im getting a key coded in the next few weeks there, so hopefully they will be good for that.

I've used them over the last few weeks getting bits for the LCR and so far they quoted me for the glove box mechanism which they said came with lock and was £31 when I got it home it didn't and the lock was 70 odd pound +vat and they don't ring when the part was in. then I ordered the old brittle dipstick a it snapped and other bits and they were fine even got the call.

But on the other hand I had no radio code and they had it in FOC and printed me the code

Mixed experiences so far with parts but service was spot on.

ive had my last 2 cars off them... great bunch of guys!! would reccomend them anyday

Had my work completed by them and everything was fine as before my prior visits.

On a side note, I was very impressed with the level of attractive women who work there. I might have to find some more excuses to visit.

just brought a leon cupra k1 of listers seat Droitwich and they promised me the car last friday at 3pm and it wasn't ready, called Saturday still not ready and now called them on monday and they then tell me not going to be ready until Wednesday, went back Wednesday sat in the waiting area for 2 hours, the sales manger comes out to me and says could you pop back tomorrow ? but any way i now have it now and i am very happy, a very fast car

but seriously disappointed hope they dont do this to another costumer

I brought my Leon fr from them went in one day with cash next day ready to collect and bin mot serviced and taxed
