Experience in using "head-in-place" valve spring compressors?

I need to change my valve stem seals with the head on. Can anyone recommend a valve spring compressor that works well with the 20v head?

I'm thinking one of these: -

Thanks.

i have done this some years ago in my first car did not have any probloms at all, one thing is you will turn the engine by the airpressur so be sure where the piston is (top/buttom or hafl way up).

basically its just a spark plugs with airhole in the center and a compressor nipple to connect to your air supply. you can make one your self if you know how and have the tools.

Thanks for your reply. My only real concern is that the spring compression tool wont fit down the long valve follower bores on the 20vt. That, and the fact that there's 20 of the b*stards.
