Upset - SEAT Cupra.net

Hi guys bought some oil, gearbox fluid, power steering fluid an spark plug from your website last Tuesday morning, two things...

First off when I went thought to check out delivery stated within 3 days but dident recieve it till this morning, feed said u had put it on low priority post, so wasn't too happy about that but dident care as got a good deal and atleast I received all of it... What I thought was all of it.

Opend it when I got home from work to find no spark plugs where inside!

What do I do now do I give u guys a ring so u can ship them to me ASAP??!!

Rather than sending them a message on a forum that won't get checked for a while as they are members on hundreds of forums....I'd drop them an email or call them!
