Leon 1P FR CR 2.0Tdi 170cv DPF - Engine code: CEGA

Hi

I'm from Portugal, I have a Leon FR with engine code CEGA from July 2010.
The car is full stock and now it counts with 48000 Km.

I'm considering the idea to do a stage 1 on my car to improve power and torque.

Revo is one of the option's that i'm studing.

At the sime time I want do install a downpipe without the DPF and a performance exhaust (maybe milltek or supersprint). So I will need that this stage1 includes a dpf delete.
I know that revo can do a dpf delete without a check engine litght.

Another think that I'm studing to do is a EGR deletion (from software and fisical deletion without a check engine litght).

Another positive point in choosing revo software in my point of view is the posibilities that the SPS, that i also considering to have one.

Now my questions:

* How revo do the software to my car? You read the stock software from MY ECU and then do some teaks on it and then wright it again in the ECU? Or is a costum software that you already have that fits all the engines, in this case CEGA engines?

* How revo do the istalation of this software? From the OBD port by cable, or the ecu need to be open?

* I assume DPF deletion is not a problem. So no questions for now.

*Does revo do this egr delete (software)? What is the position of REVO about the egr deletion? Its ok for you and you see no harm to the engine? Do you recomend it? Don't recomend it at all? Why?

*About the SPS I already know that for my car there are the following options:

-Stock
-Performance
-immobilizer

My question is, for my car with the sps can i have this options:

-Stock with dpf on and egr off (for MOT test)
-Stock with dpf and egr deleted
-Performance with dpf and egr deleted
-immobilizer

Its possible? If no, why?

Sorry but i have many questions about this process.

Thanks for you time,

Hugo

You'll be wanting a Stage2 DPF off code, this will allow you to run without EGR as well.
The software is written to suit the specific ECU ID and software version in your car. It's an OBD Flash although it's very likely your ECU has ECU protection and needs to be opened in order to unlock it before it's flashed.
As mentioned this software includes EGR delete.
The SPS would have stock, and performance mode. You can't run a DPF on and off map as if you enable the DPF again and there's no DPF there it will flag a CEL and fault.

Ok, forget the egr.

If i choose to do a stage 1 with the dpf off by revo, can i with the SPS have this 3modes?

* Stock 1 (stock power with dpf code on and dpf in place physically)
for MOT test i will put the dpf in the car, and after MOT test done, remove the dpf physically again and enable stock2 or performance mode with SPS

* Stock 2 (stock power with dpf code off and dpf removed physically)

* Performance mode (performance power with dpf code off and dpf removed physically)

Can this be done?

Thanks
