advise on air intake?

Hey guys,

I have a 1.8t 20v Polo GTI and want to run the best air intake option as possible...in your experiance and knowledge what is the best performance wise setup? not just noise, on a standard turbo and with the battery still in the standard place. Would you recommend the tip and open cone? tip, in box cone and 160 intake?
Any advise would be great

cheers
Chris

space is the real killer on yours..
open cone will flow the nicest but there is no easy way of getting a good cold air feed to it.

Yeh I know mate that's the problem im finding...I always thought a tip, cone filter and cold air feeds would be best flow wise but it is hard to get an effective feed...is there any options without re-locating the battery?
