Hi everyone.

This is just a short introduction, I’m Dan and I’ve worked for Adrian Flux Insurance for over 25 years.

If any of you on here have any general insurance queries or specific problems with Adrian Flux insurance please let me know. I have handpicked a small but dedicated team of staff who with me will try and assist you wherever possible. I can assure you we will be completely impartial despite being on the payroll of Adrian Flux. If we have messed-up we will acknowledge that and make efforts to get it corrected. If any of you do not understand an insurer’s viewpoint we will do our best to clearly explain it.

It could be problems ranging from simple paperwork issues to major claim disputes. With our many years of experience we should be able to answer most queries immediately. If there were issues or a problem that we can’t answer directly we would ensure that a relevant manager investigates these and we would then be able to relay an answer back.

I hope this will be of some help for you.

On behalf of myself and my team, thanks very much.

Dan.

Can't fault Flux really other than the poor renewal price they give you, renewals team totally unhelpful unless you've shopped around for another price...I ended up ringing for a 'new' quote using existing details and actually get a competitive price within 5 minutes.... yet the renewals team couldn't (Wouldn't!) do this.

Other than that I can't complain, adding mods and making minor changes is a doddle and totally hassle free. If I face the same price hike and unhelpful attitude from the renewals team this year then I won't be returning again

You need to have 15 posts or more to be able to PM. Members still classed as "Newbie" can't PM.

Perhaps I was unlucky but when I bought my current PD130 Ibiza FR earlier this year, I wanted to swap my E66 730ldse (insured with AF) cover over to the Seat......
AF said I couldn't, I'd have to cancel the BMW's policy and start again.
Well, I'd sold the Beemer so I cancelled the policy (taking a financial whack in the process)
and was transferred to the 'new biz' dept.
Imagine my amusement to be told that they weren't interested in insuring my new car.
Very strange I'm in my mid 50's, have max NCB and had one 3 year old motorway speeding
fine on licence.
I've been insured with AF 3 times in the past and have no axe to grind but saw this thread and thought some of you guys might be interested.

In case you're wondering Aviva were happy to take my money.

I am currently with ESURE and they are as above very good and happy with my mods.
However when I call to see if they would go from Stage 1 to Stage 2 the computer said, oh you are a boy racer so we wont insure you, even though i have not speeding or other convisions.

I think all insurance companies are the same, you just have to keep shopping around to get the best price, loyalty is a thing of the past I am afraid.

Hi,
Generally most insurers we deal with don't have any issues with leased vehicles.
If you do need any help with insurance at all then please feel free to drop me a line.
Regards,
Dan.
