Clearly doing something wrong

Hi,

I am trying to update my bluetooth - I've downloaded the zipped file, D350, from the Seat website.

Downloaded and extracted it to a usb drive and also a new sd card - The car does not recognise either - saying can not retrieve.


What am I doing wrong?

I'm planning to update the maps but will wait until I can sort this out..

Hi and thank you - Tried that already - failed again..

I have even tried leaving the unzipped file on the sd card.

Quite possible - Tells me conflict, no data.

Files are clearly there..
