I've been suffering with some odd hesitation when pulling away and a tad of white smoke consistently, even after a long drive, and i do think my oil levels have dropped slightly over the last few months.

I noticed a bit of oil today when i had the engine cover off just next to where the spark plugs go, the pipe comes off the air filter tubing and into what i'm assuming is the turbo, and then another pipe from that into a plastic block the top of the engine? - I'm not a mechanic so excuse the poor description lol.

If i pop my hand behind the plastic block which it attaches to i manage to get some lovely fresh oil blobbed on my finger, you can see it's surrounding the pipe and the plastic block, and if i shine a torch down the back of the engine i can see it's dribbling down the back of the engine too - if you look at the photos you can see the mess.

I've uploaded some pictures to an imgur album, so the more savvy guys can take a look and give me their opinion?

Vehicle in question is a Cupra 280 - https://imgur.com/a/q4kJe - Photos of said issue.

I think that's the crankcase breather. They do get oily because crankcase fumes are oily, but they shouldn't really be dripping externally. Pull it off and see if it's split. I'd also take the aircleaner lid off and see how wet it is inside.
