They are called vertical spoilers.
There are 3 different models SC, 5D & ST.
You can search eBay.
I have just ordered them for my car :)
If you want I can give you the part number, but you need to tell me what model you own...

Forgot to mention that you need a Cupra spoiler or at least the Aerodynamics spoiler for them to fit.
