Speedo vibration

Hi all,

I’ve just got a 63 plate Leon. I am having a nightmare due to the vibration being caused by the plastic screen in front of the speedo. Has anyone had a similar issue? Has anyone removed the surround to expose the plastic glass maybe try and pack it out? I’ve given it a poke and a prod but doesn’t want to budge.

Any help much appreciated.

Yeah I lowered the steering rack adjustment. Stuffed a neatly folded piece of cloth and trapped it in there. Seems to have done the trick! Job done! Thanks!
