Have a look on RossTech website for analysis of codes.
If you didn’t actually hear a pop or bang then I would say probably the vanes are sticking - believe me that you will know when your turbo dies

0489 concerns an issue with the EGR, the other 2 are for Fuel pump and wastegate/actuator.

When several codes pop up at once it can often be a fault with the electrical system and causing the wrong message to get to the ECU which then panics and presents you with limp mode.

You will need to clear the codes then start finding when you can replicate the problem, when driving does overloading the electrical circuit trigger it. It could be a bad wire or vacuum solenoid or solder welds in the ECU gone bad.
