you have regular habit of looking up throtte body prices
you have an F2 kitted 16v and no badges and every thing under 1.5 tries to race you thinking its another 1.4
you save your left leg some strain and the gearchange some wear by leaving it ingear just that little bit longer than most others above do
you never can turn the rear wiper off first time
you know how to rewire or replace an abs sensor
you wish the seats could have a lower lever rather than a raiser one
you give up looking at the MFA after 55 degrees unless its reset and on a Mway cruise
you wish you could get more than 200 miles to a tank of optimax

Compared to the VR6..... Ibiza is better handling,rarer and you can get it with just as much equipment as the VR6. Performance-wise, ibiza isnt that far behind, but has better mpg. But a VR6 is a 2.8 V6 engine which makes the nicest sound ever

You know you have a KIWI YELLOW mk2 Ibiza when people expect a vertical cap and an asbo to step out of it. and you tell people that you 'grow to love the colour' which is true!

You know you have a mk2 Ibiza when you tell people that basically its like a rare golf GTi and its spanish, but you kid yourself it has german engineering and good fuel economy if you drive sensibly - ha ha, as if you can with a 16V

You know you have a mk2 Ibiza 16V when people presume you have done an engine swap when you tell them its a 2L 16V

highly agree with rear wiper pains, rust, white multispokes oh and you HAVE to wave at others, i do all the time, but they all ignore me
