Front wheels out at top and point in at bottom

Hi basically as u look at my wheel say like a clock 12 at top then 3-6-9 at bottom they point inwards and look pants do I need new tie rods or camber bolts as not clued up about geometry etc

Sounds like you need your camber adjusting ! Iirc you've got positive camber there

Loosen the two bolts each side that hold the hub carrier and have fun lol. They're a pain in the rear

Take it to a specialist and have a laser wheel alignment done.
May also be worn bushes,balljoints, or possibly bent wishbones.
