Electric Window Trouble

hi guys,

when trying to lower the drivers window it goes down nice and smoothly but try to get it back up the mechanism makes an awful lot of noise and struggles to go all the way up, in fact it requires manual assistance from me.
I've been told its the regulator but trying to find the correct part number online is turning out to be a mission.

Does anyone know the correct part number for the drivers front 3door model and can advise the best place to get it from?

in case anyone out there has a similar issue i have been told its the regulator and i purchased a replacement part from MR Auto on ebay as the prices were cheaper on ebay then its own website! cost £57 all in and it even shows how to install it in the ebay advert!

going to fit it this weekend....
