Found this interesting article detailing fine adjustment of cam timing after a timing belt change (car is a Skoda Roomster, engine is 104hp 1.9TDI). The guy has altered the engine speed range at which the turbo kicks in using slotted bolt hole adjustment of the cam pulley:

I was wondering if anyone knows if similar adjustments can be made to the 1.9TDI PD in the Leon (I guess just need to remove the upper part of the timing belt cover to see if it has a similar slotted pulley), perhaps to compensate for small changes of timing when the timing belt is replaced?
