A pic with relevant part locations on a tdi..
Excellent Paulo, now I know where my EGR valve is....

Is this a non-PD engine, if so it might be useful to do a similar diagram of a PD engine, guess there must be some slight differences.

The pic looks like a 90Hp TDI. I'll try to get a pic of a PD engine, possibly a 130 on/off an ibiza (seems to be the most used).

Sach Race Engineering Clutch for 130/150 PD's

In the quest for a replacement clutch for my car came across a few more from Sach Race Engineering... Have a couple of doc's that I will put up as soon as I have a chance. Information is as follows:

2 discs available:
1- Organic material disc ---- part# 881864 999980
2- Sinterized material disc ---- part # 881864 999969

1 uprated pressure plate:
part# 88 3082 999 753

Torque ratings:

organic disc + pressure plate 400Nm = 295ft-lb
sinterized disc + pressure plate 510Nm = 376 ft-lb

160pd ibiza cupra intake for the ibiza 130pd (as provided by muddy.. :) )

6LL 129 621 - bumper end connecting bit
6LL 129 618 - main pipe from airbox

Instalation:

Referring to the parts as:
Front inlet -> Adaptor -> Pipe -> Airbox
...where the Adaptor & Pipe are the bits being changed, this is how I did it:

1) Remove cross-head screw from airbox, pull old pipe out of airbox so the end is free
2) Remove 2 torx screws from front inlet, lift whole assembly out.
3) Prise front inlet off of old adaptor & hose. Chuck the old adaptor & hose.
4) Fit new hose into airbox and refit the crosshead screw
5) Clip new adaptor into front inlet
6) Refit front inlet & new adaptor using 2 torx screws (whilst pushing new pipe down out of way)
7) Bend the new pipe over the new adaptor and push together, pretty fiddly, requires a fair bit of bending of the pipe (which is quite flexible).
