Hi has anyone fitted a diverter valve on their cupra... If so is it a diy job or garage? Also is it better to use a oem dv or aftermarket?
Thanks

OEM revision G diverter valve is the best option. Simple DIY job on a Cupra - located at the front of the engine.

The OEM part number is 06F145710G

The second picture is a DV+ which is an aftermarket part that replaces the diaphragm section on a standard valve

which did you go for mate

I went for part number 06f14510g it has a upgraded end to factory one... more advanced I guess

fitted it this morning took 10mins
(Only needed a 5mm hex key)

Noticed the difference instantly car pulls so much better and holds the boost right through the revs

my original diverter valve looked ok but had a minor scuff on o-ring guess was caused with ware and tare plus the extra boost after remap
