Hey

Picking the car up December and will obviously be wet/cold, but want to protect it :p

I've Collinite 476, but think it will be too cold for that.

Any ideas or just wait until March etc.?

Never too cold to apply 476, just takes a little longer to go off. Just keep the coats thin, give it an extra 15 mins then give it a swipe test. If it comes off clean then it's good to remove.

Thanks both.
Whats FK1000p?
Dave

It's a paste sealant by Finish Kare. It's been designed for maximum longevity and is actually listed under marine use on there website- presumably to prevent barnacles and that sticking to the underside of boats  put it on bare paint or use something like Auto Finesse Tough Prep under it as it doesn't like sitting on oily polishes. The tin will last you half a lifetime.
