Mirror fold problem

Hi Everybody,

I have a problem with to fold my driver side mirror. the passenger is working normally,
this is happen when I change my battery.

in the begininng it folds halfways, now it is completly off.

I still can adjust the mirror, the problem is only to fold it.

Any hints. thank you in advance

Went through the same recently
Had to replace the mirror as the motor inside was faulty

If you end up replacing it, dont do it at the dealers Quoted me £360 and I've done it for £70, easy job
Seems to be a more common problem I've heard about this 3 times now ..
