Ecs red coil pack conversion plate with 2.0 tfsi coil packs and iridium spark plugs.
Ecs magnetic sump plug.
911 oil cap.
Newsouth power gasket.
034 motorsport street density dog mount kit.

Can't wait to start fitting it all.

Cheers DK il have a look at that as an option. Scared to drill my turrets though lol. You use stainless m10 nuts bolts washers etc?

So moved on a bit with the build today. Need to fit my ECS adapter plate and 2.0tfsi coil packs. This meant tidying up the rocker cover and relocating the n249 valve and vacuum resevoir to get rid of the awful metal bracket over cool packs 3 and 4.

So I re ran the vacuum hose from the manifold and extended it and mounted the n249 back out of the way on the fire wall. This's meant re running the loom for it. Then extending the other hose to the vacuum reservoir which I mounted on a hole on the battery cover.

No fault codes and still 22psi boost on a quick test drive after.

Today I thought id get the s3 strut brace on. First up was fabrication to get the bonnet strut to fit...







And it fitted nicely....

Then the scary bit. Mark the holes and drill the turrets to mount it....

Today I wet to put on my 034 street density engine dog mount on. Took mine off to find that it already has powerflex poly bushes in it.



Changed them over and tested them both and 034 kit moves loads from torque whereas the old one does not move at all. so I cleaned it up and whacked it back on lol.

Back on it this afternoon and fitted an ecs tuning adapter plate then 2.0tfsi coil packs.

Removed ugly bracket from above cylinder 1 on the charge pipe.

Fitted the shifter link bushes today but ran out of time for the quick shifters.

Feels much more direct selecting gears!

Still have a few bits to do that are sitting around waiting to be fitted over the next few weeks:

Forge short shifters
Newsouth power gasket
Eibach front and rear arbs
Magnetic sump plug
911 oil filler cap

Full service which will also include injector o rings and front drop links.

While inlet manifold is off may even get it polished to match the charge pipe.

Fitted my forge front to back and side to side short shifters today. Compliment the 42 draft design bushes nicely.



Can see the difference in the link pins locations on old and new.

All in and adjusted up. Much nicer throw inside the cabin now. Very happy!

Cracked on with the air box smooth and 3" cold air feed.





Just have to strip out the standard feed in the wing and pop this all back in!
