Vibration is lower gears - should I return my Altea

Hi everyone,

I bought a used Altea yesterday which I loved but on the drive home noticed a vibration in lower gears when I press lightly on the accelerator. I'm worried that I have a dud. Should I try and return it or at least get them to fix it or is this a problem with all models? I have a 1.6 TDi automatic.

It's definitely like going over rumble strips, the same feeling but less intense. I'm not sure what gears it happens in as it's an automatic but I think it happens in 3rd, maybe 4th as well. I will try and figure that out today, it doesn't happen on the motorway, just on normal roads. It's done just under 40k. I'm just hoping if there is a fault, it's covered under the 1 month warranty I bought when buying or they'll accept a return

So it turns out the vibrating/rumbling only happens at around 10 rpm, I'd say 9-13ish. Does anyone know if this is a bad issue or easily fixable? Thanks!
