Pd170 Intake manifold runner ?

Hi lads

Wonder if you can clear something up for me as there seems to be so much contradictory info on the net.

Is the intake manifold runner the anti shudder flap is i know it or to simpletons like me that bit bolted to the egr valve ? Or is it the tumble flap actuator ?

I keep going into limp mode and this is the code vcds shows up.
