Hi all it's been a little while since I last posted but I'm thinking about changing my suspension, I want it a little lower but don't want to knock my spine out.... Not sure to go down the coil overs route (ap coilovers) or just lowering springs?

I fitted Eibach Pro's with Koni FSD shocks a few months after getting my car due to the appalling ride quality on anything but newly resurfaced roads and it transformed the ride comfort, both the springs and shocks are progressive rate. I've also heard good things about just changing the springs, look for progressive rate springs to improve the FR's harsh ride without sacrificing handling.

Eibach Pro's will lower the car by 25-30mm.

Yeah that's what I wanted to avoid

Someone suggested Ap coil overs.. . Has anyone had any experience with these? On the Leon?

Sorry just seen your message.... not bad at all to fit.... you do have to take the bottom ball joint out abd undo the cv nut...they are a bit stiffer than standard but they a decent ride... they don't knock your spine out
