VAG COM log files

Hi guys whats best way to upload the log results from VAG COM into this forum?
I tried just cutting and pasting yesterday but exceeded the anount of allowable charecters and that was on my first log of 3 i want to post up.

Edit the logs and just post the power runs.

if you logged for ages there will be loads of crap in there that you dont need to post. Just cut out the bit of the run you were doing. Also put
[ code ] [ /code ] tags around it! (no spaces)
